Alber Elbaz is one of the world’s leading contemporary fashion designers. Formerly the creative director of historic French house Lanvin, Elbaz has also served in senior artistic roles at Yves Saint Laurent, Krizia, Guy Laroche and Geoffrey Beene. He has been awarded Officer of the Legion of Honor, France’s highest civilian distinction, and his designs have been the subject of several books and exhibitions.
